What Insurance Do I Accept?

I am currently paneled with Premera, Lifewise, First Choice, Kaiser PPO plans, and Regence plans in Washington.  I do not accept any insurance plans in Texas.

I provide a sliding scale based on financial need.   If you have another form of insurance, other than what I am paneled with, I can provide a Superbill to be used for Out-of-Network reimbursement.

Fees: 

• $150 individual sessions
• $175 for couples sessions
